Privacy policy
This page explains what data this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and what rights you can exercise. It is deliberately written in plain language.
In short
- This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
- No IP address is stored, in any form.
- The only data collected is what you type into the contact form yourself.
- No data is sold, rented, or passed on for advertising.
Data controller
The controller is the site's publisher, whose details appear in the legal notice.
For any question about your data, write to the email address given on that page.
What is collected
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, the following are recorded: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the date and type of ceremony you have in mind, your message, along with the site language and the time of sending.
The phone number is optional. The other fields are needed to reply usefully.
What is not collected
- No IP address, neither in plain form nor as a hash.
- No cookies — not technical, not analytics, not advertising.
- No browsing profile, no tracking between pages or between visits.
- No data from social networks: this site loads no external content.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare the service you are considering.
The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, under article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You are therefore not asked for consent: consent that was a condition of submitting the form would not be freely given, and so would not be valid consent at all.
Your data is never used for marketing without a separate, explicit action on your part.
How long it is kept
The periods below are applied automatically; deletion runs regularly and is logged.

If your enquiry leads to a booking, contractual and accounting records are kept for the statutory periods that apply, independently of the period above.
Who has access
Your data is accessible to the site's publisher and, solely for maintenance purposes, to the person responsible for the site's technical administration, who acts under her authority and is bound by confidentiality.
Three technical providers are necessarily involved. They act as processors under a contract meeting article 28 GDPR, and do not use your data for their own purposes:
- Hosting of the site and database: Ikoula (servers in France)
- Delivery of the notification email: Mailjet (Sinch) (servers in the European Union)
- The publisher's mailbox: [À COMPLÉTER : fournisseur de la boîte e-mail contact@…] (servers in the European Union)
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse.
The form is protected against abusive submissions by checking where the request came from, which needs neither a cookie nor a session identifier.
No analytics tool is installed, and no external resource (font, map, video, social button) is loaded from another server.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). The database is not reachable from outside the server, and backups are encrypted.
The web server keeps no access log, and its technical error logs are configured to contain neither IP addresses nor details of your browser.
Notification emails are sent without tracking pixels or rewritten links.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise them, write to the email address in the legal notice; you will receive a reply within one month.
If, having contacted us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may complain to the French supervisory authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or at www.cnil.fr.

This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and the version shown to you at the time of your enquiry is stored alongside it.
